Solar eclipse on Aug 21, 2017. Different exposures show the extent of the solar corona (atmosphere.) The red bumps, called prominences, are eruptions from the surface of the sun. 

Sun spots appear to rotate with the day's time. 

Used only a red and a green laser, but where they intersect it is yellow. Hey, that color theory actually works!
