Yet another "dramatic lighting" entry. In her case I did manage to sidle around for a sunlit shot, but she flitted away at the last moment. I guess she didn't like the hawk that settled on a neighbouring tree.

The local pond planted with natives and backed by a small wooded area lets us pretend we are not in the city for a while (if you ignore the trucks rumbling in the background), but sometimes the best spot to sing out to the world is on top of a lamp post.
